Life Coaching and Mentorship - 6 Month Package

Life Coaching / Sacred Self-Expression Mentorship–

This offering is best for folks who desire depth support in making shifts in their personal life, relationships, healing and wellbeing. 

Topics I often cover in sessions include bolstered boundaries, reconnecting to your power, worth and wholeness, unmasking, healing shame, speaking their truth, breaking cycles of people-pleasing and fawning, revealing the True Self and living from your Essence. 

Includes:

  • (2) 60 min sessions per month for 6 Months (12 sessions total)
  •  Pre-coaching Discovery Intake Form
  • The ability to send me a 3-4 minute voice note check-in between calls.
  • Recorded calls, full notes with action steps, journaling prompts, and recommended materials after each session.
  • Resources and Connections - I offer all my favorite tools, resources and support to connect you with the educators, healers and programs you might desire after working together.
